I.S.A.R. Germany is a non-profit aid organization. It was founded in Duisburg in 2003 and is used worldwide. The name I.S.A.R. stands for "International Search-and-Rescue" and is an amalgamation of specialists from various aid organizations and the Federal Association Rescue Dogs e.V.
